Hello Everyone!!!
Today I am sharing with you my new Congrats! card I created with beautiful NEW 2015 Victorian Collection of dies.
Very simple and easy to make card. I used "Fancy floral frame" die.
Just, cut frame out using white paper and glued in the middle of embossing folder (Darice). Than, I stamped sentiment and decorate card with rhinestones.
