Happy Wednesday Everyone!!! Today is time with Heartfelt Creations. I using the Heartfelt Creations stamps this week. Just click here to visit Heartfelt Creations stamps store and look at these gorgeous images.I stamped the image "Dutch Tulips" 
using Brilliance Graphite Black ink and then colored with my Prismacolor pencils and blended the colors with Odorless Mineral Spirits. Then, I cut out the image and adhere to the Nestabilities Large embossed circle (used foam squares) and Large Scalloped circles. For corners, I used a corner punch from EK Success. The patterned paper from "7 gypsies". I finished off the card with a gemstones and piercings.
