Inspirational Card Sketches DT #6 and Mojo Monday # 76

It is time for New Inspirational Card Sketch!!!! Thanks so much for all who played along with us last week. This week Dawn is hosting the ICS #6 . Fun Sketch!!!

For this week we have our very first sponsor The Mosy Scrapper. With that comes some exciting news. Here is the card I made using the Sketch this week.













For my first card I used a New Patterned paper "Latte" from DCWV . I stamped the main image from Inque Boutique onto white c.s., using Brilliance Graphite Black ink and then colored the image with my Prismacolor markers and added the Crystal Effects onto flowers. For sentiment "Enjoy" I used Simply sentimental stamp set from Paper Salon.Here's a close-up picture so you can see the Crystal Effects I added to the flowers - (click images to enlarge).

For embellishments, I added some gemstones, ribbon, oval label holder. Also, make sure you see what the other DT members did, they are all fabulous!!! Click here to see all the Design Team cards using this sketch.

The second card, I made for the Mojo Monday Sketch # 76. Make sure you check out the Mojo Monday sketch challenge and see what the other ladies made. The cards are fabulous again this week.

First, I stamped the main image Hummingbirds from Heartfelt Creations on White c.s. with Brilliance Graphite Black ink and colored it in with PRISMACOLOR markers. I used my Squares Nestabilities to create the layered (using my Cuttlebug ;-)). I added some piercings, a little sponging.

A second time, I stamped the hummingbirds on White c.s. and cut them out and then layered for added dimension.

I layered the Clear Vellum paper on top of a piece of the patterned paper as the background and piercer around. The sentiment is from Paper Salon Simply Sentimental set. I added some piercings, silk ribbon, Stickles, paper Glaze, gemstones and little sponging.

RECIPE (for 2nd card): Stamps: Hummingbirds (Heartfelt Creations), Sentiment (Paper Salon); Papers: Red, Pink, White c.s., Patterned paper from Colorbok and Clear Vellum paper; Inks: Graphite black (Brilliance), Whisper Pink (Inque Boutique) Accessories: Prismacolor markers, Ribbon, Stickles, Gemstones, foam tape; Tools: Spellbinders Nestabilities classic squares, Cuttlebug, Corner punch (Fiskars), Paper Piercer.
